Recent Jokes That I Did Not Find Amusing- AT ALL

Mason: "Mommy, Mommy. That's a bat.......tery under the radiator."

Wesley: "AAAAH."
Me: "What?"
Wesley: "There's a ghost in the bathroom." (while smiling)
Me: "That's not funny".
Wesley: "Why didn't you like my joke?"

Me to boys: "Did you guys open that door and point the fan at the spare bed?"
Boys: "No. We don't know who did that."
a few minutes later.....
Me to Levi: "Did you go in the attic?"
Levi: "Yeah."
Me: "Did you open the spare room door and point the fan at the bed?"
Levi: "Yes. What? Did you think the ghost wanted cooled off?"

Maybe they are trying to make me less scared by making jokes, but it's not working.
